LilyPond: 8va and dynamic in wrong order

If an 8va marking and a dynamic marking occur after the same note, then the dynamic marking should appear first in the LilyPond export. Otherwise LilyPond throws and error (see attached).

It looks like there is a problem with the original MuseScore file (or a compatibility problem), but the LilyPond export now works correctly.

(Tested using r.2415 nightly, Windows XP)
