Accidentals in trills do not change when concert pitch is activated

When activating concert pitch in a score with transposing instruments, such as the clarinet, the accidental over a trill does not change, as should. I think this is because the accidental taken from the Palette is a non-parsed graphic device without semantic content. By the way, the same reason why trills with accidentals won't play correctly, I guess.

Both problems could be solved if 1) the accidental had a meaning in trills and 2) the trill had as an attribute the upper note or interval.
