MuseScore files not working properly since update to 2.1

Normally, when installing MuseScore, several folders are installed with it (Soundfonts, Plugins, Scores, etc.) In this case, there are no files, and saving scores and installing Soundfonts have become incredibly frustrating. Has anyone had a similar problem and/or a solution?
