full bend articulation looks deformed in normal staff on higger notes

I have staff linked with tabulatur and the full bend on the tab staff looks correct but the same articulation on the regular notation staff is deformed.

looks the same in 2.2 (and probably earlier too), so no regression.
Any I believe it to be by design, the text "full" is at a fixed position, so when the note comes too close, the bend curve needs to get shortened.
