Seen in 3.0 Beta and in nightly build (OS: Windows 7 SP 1 (6.1), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4165, revision: 116866d)
Open the appended score, select the trumpets and Implode. All looks fine.
Switch to Written Pitch: The second trumpet is still in Concert pitch and some notes are an octave too high.
This score is reduced to the minimum to show the problem. If we remove the B-Sax from the Score before Implode all is fine.
I was not able to recreate the problem from scratch.
Fun fact: the second g in the first bar and the first g in the second bar are played an octave up (in Concert Pitch and in Written Pitch).

Correction: Created a new score from scratch (which has this problem) in mentioned Nightly Build. Appended.
Confirmed. Some issues with the new implode algorithm, will look into it.
