Handbook 3.0 - Expert advice required

The updating of the Handbook to version 3.0 is well under way, but expert advice/participation is required on two subjects

• Mid staff instrument change
  and
• Staff type change

Also a review of some of the new features, and the updated Staff/Part properties would come in handy.
