Full measure rests off-center for courtesy key signature
See attached or follow the steps below:
- Create a key change at the beginning of a new line
Expected behavior: Full measure rest should be centered between bar lines.
Actual behavior: Full measure rest is actually centered between left barline and the end of the staff. This is most noticeable with large key signatures or small measures. In fact the rest can even overlap with the courtesy key signature in extreme situations.
Discussion: This also applies to courtesy time signatures although the difference is less noticeable because time signatures are not as wide as key signatures. I believe the current behavior for courtesy clefs is OK but I only checked in Sibelius and it is hard to tell because the measures are a lot larger.

Multi-measure rest is still off-center if you have a combination of key change and time signature in the same measure (see attached).

Ran into this today. Depending on the specifics of the key signatures and what else is in the line, it's actually worse than the example posted by David in #3 shows. Opening it not so bad until you try editing a measure - click the first measure then enter a note.
I'm bumping this from minor to normal, although there is a workaround: increase stretch as necessary and nudge the rest in Edit mode.
I've encountered another issue with multi-measure rests and key signature changes. The formatting of the rest becomes corrupted after a key change. When I take out the key change the rest is formatted normally, but as soon as I insert the key the appearance of the rest is altered. I haven't discovered a solution to this problem.
