Hello Support Team,
I am not able to install the updated version of Musescore. I have attached a .pdf with the print screen error that I received for installation. I am using Windows 10 as my OS and my previous version of Musescore was uninstalled when I tried to do the upgrade.
The error states of a temporary file that can't be installed and then the entire installed is cancelled.
Currently I have no work around

Try downloading again and run the install afreash. Try downloading from https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore/releases/MuseScore-3.0.4/
This is not at all in issue with the Batch Convert plugin
