Title Changing Time Signatures Changing Time Signatures removes symbols from barlines

This is true, because the old barlines are no longer guaranteed to even exist any more - a change of time signature means entirely new ones are generated. See also #51176: Change the time signature remove the score elements. In theory we could try to detect the subset of barliens that do happen to occur in the same places and keep the markings attached to them, but that could be even worse, with some symbols remaining and others not in what would seem random ways. Probably better to always continue to remove them except in the very special / unusual case where all barlines are in the same places (eg, change from 4/4 to 2/2)
