Measure repeats not exported to musicxml

Create a score like Xote_Swing_single_instrument_0.mscz with measure repeats. Export to musicxml. Examine the musicxml and notice the measure repeats are not included (measures 10-12 in the sample score). Import the musicxml and they are not included.
