Shakuhachi notation (How to avoid automatic placement?)
I have posted a shakuhachi (Japanese longitudinal, end-blown bamboo-flute) notation plugin for ver3.1.
The operation has slightly increased due to the automatic placement.
Is there any other better idea to avoid automatic placement?

I believe you can disable automatic placement for elements via the plugins API
You shouldn't need to disable automatic placement, nor should you be needing to set large vertical offsets in your plugin. Simply set the "placement" property to "below" to get a staff text element to display below the staff.
