I transcribe a printed score by trying to keep its layout and pagination.
However, I skip 10 pages of instrumental music and I would like to restart the pagination afterwards.
In the excerpt below, I would therefore rename page 121 into page 131.
Right now, I don't think that's possible. Even if I place a section break.

While there is a way to influence measure numbers mid score, there is none for page numbers

That's what I thought. But maybe it's not useful to many users....

I just came accross a use case for this the other day...
Wonder whether this could be made a property of a page break "Page number offset of next page by: X", X defaulting to 0 of course. And allowing negative numbers too (that'd be my uses case actually)

Thank you for your interest and suggestions. I am quite often confronted with this problem and I hope that a developer will one day be interested in it....

I like the idea of making it a break property. I have at various points proposed adding properties to system breaks as well, for instance to disable the "stretch" of the system, or to force all measures that follow to be collected on one system whether they fit or not (up to the next break), or a handful of other things I can't recall off the top of my head.

Hello Marc
I don't have your knowledge, but it seems to me to be an interesting approach and, in any case, easy for the user to access.

Hello, I'm bringing up this topic again to see if there has been any progress in this area with the 3.5. I've been exploring the updated handbook but unfortunately I haven't found anything...
