Unable to produce tied fret mark in Note Entry

1. Create tablature score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter note.
4. 'Tie'.

Result: A tie and fret mark is not produced.

Workaround: Disable 'Note Entry', click on the fret mark and tie.
