Volta line properties

Hi, I see it's possible (in the online documentation) to add/change numbers in your Volta bars - ex: 1 - 3, in your first time bar. However, it tells you to right click on the volta bar and select line properties .... but that doesn't exist (see screenshot). Where do we change this nowadays?
