When you use the Format->Style to change the spelling of chord symbols in the score then return to that dialog, there are no radio buttons selected to show you which spelling you are currently using.

It's actually somewhat worse, the "style" and "spelling" sections are actually one big radio group, so selecting anything in either set clears the selection in the other.
