Bach-bc2 displays incorrectly (0.9.6 regression)

Notice that the bar line at the end of the first page is offset from the right edge. Also a number of notes and rests seem to be in the wrong places and some measures seem to be missing beats.
Regression happen between r.2233 and r.2238
(Tested using r.2238 nightly, Windows XP. Bug not present in r.2233 nightly)

I think I solved this in r2239. Please reopen with screenshots if not.
