I can't hear anything with my wired headphones and even off

For some reason every time I play audio with my earbuds and just aloud, it just doesn't work, however for whatever reason it works perfectly with my bluetooth headphones. I tried going to I/O and changing the audio device and nothing, then I restarted the audio devices and still nothing

What OS, what version of MuseScore? On some combinations you need to set up the audio before starting MuseScore; the OS fails to tell MuseScore about changes in a way it understands.

In general, it's also better to ask for help on the Support forum, far more people reading that, many of whom have extensive experience with audio and system administration and would be in a better position to advise.
