Dividing measures into two musical staves

Dear Sirs
I need to write many sacred hymns in the Musescore
It turns out that there are many anacrusis hymns and at the end of the musical score I need to divide the last measure into two musical scores because of the lyrics of the hymn.
To solve this, I have duplicated the measure, and putting the necessary times in each measure, to later separate it into different musical scores. See attached image
Is this the correct way to proceed or is there an easier way to do this
If there is an easier way to resolve this I am very grateful
