In adopting MuseScore as my main scorewriting app, I spend a considerable amount of time importing my scores from other apps via MusicXML. On importing a score (written for a stringed instrument, with or without tablature) I often find the String DATA off by one octave. This gaffe is not a MuseScore issue, rather it pertains to errors in octave conventions used by developers of other software. But it would be great if MuseScore offered a simple way to correct those octave errors.
Manually editing the String Data for each string is tedious, and so is saving to mscz and hand editing.

For these reasons (and for general flexibility) I'm requesting the addition of a Transpose All Strings button (in Edit String Data) with the options of plus one octave and minus one octave; this effectively increments the String Tuning>Pitch octave numbers plus 1 or minus 1.
