I have written a "4-stemt koral" (2 layers in piano right hand, and 2 layers in piano left hand). When I choose to scale ("egenskaper for notesystem" > "skalering") from 100% to 120% it gets difficult to read because layer 1 and layer 2 is off sync. (see attached screen shot)

Score needed, image doesn't help much as far as reproducing the issue is concerned

Then again those changes to staff scaling is nothing you should be doing anyhow, it is for an entirely different purpose. If you want the score bigger, use Format > Page setting > Scaling

See #284783: Increasing staff size results in notes of different voices to not align anymore. As noted, scaling the staves individually is the wrong way to make large print music - instead, simply turn up the overall staff space in Format / Page Settings. So in practice, this won't be an issue often if at all - the staff scaling is for deliberately making one staff different from the others, and realistically, the real world use cases for that feature are mostly about making one staff smaller, not larger, and the problem doesn't occur in that case. Nevertheless, it is a bug; just a rare one, and one already reported.
