Video does not play when Musescore is open

This involves all video regardless of what browser is used, including video courses on the MS website, YouTube, etc. . There seems to be an interference problem between Musescore and video resources on my Windows 10 PC, as I do not have this problem on my Windows 11 laptop. I will provide additional details but first would like to know if anyone has had a similar problem and hopefully a simple fix.
