crowded labels on pitch bends

The text in pitch bend labels overlaps as soon as there is more than one bend point. Please see attached image. The first example is perhaps unreasonable (though easily supported by the bend inspector editor), but the second example (with only two quarter-tone bends) seems like something that should be possible to display legibly. Is there a way to adjust this?
