Format paint feature
A "format paint" function in right click menu (along with the cut, copy, and paste) would be nice. This would apply to text, note articulations, custom properties, etc.

How would that work? I can see a paint format button on the tool bar being useful, but it's not clear
to me how you would do it from the right click menu.
Currently the selection options from the right click menu provide very useful ways to facilitate the application of custom formatting to classes of elements within selected ranges, but I have often wished for a simple method of copying formatting from "this" object to "that" object like Word and Excel do it.

Steve, I think you're right that the format painter tool might work better on the toolbar menu than in the right-click pulldown. My idea is the same as yours in that it would be used in the same manner as the Office applications. Thanks for your clarification.
