How to adjust sustain pedal on the Piano Roll Editor?

Is it possible to do that or is that feature not added yet?

Is it also possible for MuseScore to record real time sustain pedal input like how a DAW would record real time MIDI?

1.) There is no direct editing of the Pedal line inside PRE, but you can of course manually lengthen each note as required to emulate the same effect

2.) Currently not, no.
