keyboard shortcuts for text entry

I feel this is something I once knew and have since forgotten, but is there a way to enter the symbols for natural, flat, and sharp into ta text, without resorting to the F2 palette? I'm using a MS US-Intl keyboard, if it matters.

I'm scoring for harp, and need this for pedal notation--I was planning to use a staff text, but if there is a better way, please let me know as well.
