I had a full score. I was trying different sounds on it. I tried the "Drumset" option. When I UN-checked the option, about hall of my notes DIDN'T come back. They are triangles and Xs. I cannot reset the notes to look normal. Now, my score is ruined.

Take the backup, see How to recover a backup copy of a score
Also just press Ctrl+Z to undo the change. Lots of operations can change your score, that shouldn't be surprising; undo is your friend. Or simply close the score without saving then reload it. Or just reset the noteheads to standard via the palette. Lots of options here, so not to worry, your score isn't ruined!
