Musescore 4 ui issues

I have two issues on my mind right now regarding the ui

1) I cannot for the life of me figure out how to delete a score I made.
after making a score I saved it to only later to decide I wish to delete it and I cannot find any way to do this though the musescore app leading me to have manually search for the folder the score is contained in and delete myself. Mighty inconvenient

2) The playback controller thing, I don't know what to call it just look at the screenshot, When docked normally does not have the slider for either the playback or tempo. I find these sliders very useful and would like to have easy access to them, however to get that it must be undocked and It can't be docked anywhere else other then the one place in the top right. The issue is that when It's undocked It's not a connected part of the ui and I doesn't feel like it has a place to be, and because of my adhd this irritates me. It's just this awkward box that has nowhere to go and It distracts me as whenever I notice it and I can't help but think about how it's just It's own thing, separate for the rest of the ui. So I normally just leave it docked where it's supposed to be despite the losing features I know exist and that I want.
