Let Ring no longer works

I recently started trying out MuseScore 4, I use it to compose Rock music, and I use the audio engine to generate a demo for the song before recording the actual instruments, but since I started trying out MuseScore 4, I've noticed that the Let Ring function no longer works in the audio playback.

I have a song that plays power chords in the guitars and lets them ring for 8 measures, but now it just plays the whole note, a bit more over the next measure, and then it stops, leaving almost 7 measures without the sound.

Also, side thing here, but is there a way to get the old MuseScore sounds and change them like in the MuseScore 3's inspector? I feel the 4 one lacks a bit in distorted guitars. Thanks!
