Cue notes not all same size - MuseScore 4.0
When selecting an entire measure and clicking the "cue size" checkbox some notes will also have "small notehead" checked, automatically, and others will not. The notes that become cue notes PLUS small noteheads seem to be random.

I've found that this only happens to dotted or tied notes.

Correct. It's getting applied twice, once for the notehead and once for the dot (or tied note). If you select one or the other individual object and uncheck "cue" it will make both the appropriate size. It's not a permanent solution, but a usable work-around until the bug gets fixed.
