Can you make a cutaway that plays a different part during a repeat?

I am wondering if there is a way to make a cutaway that plays during a repeated piece, without having to extend the score? For example, during the first and second endings, the part plays one selection of notes, but during the third ending, it jumps to the cutaway and plays a different part, while the other instruments keep playing the same thing they played for the first and second endings.
