How to change instrument sound in Musescore 4
Super late to the party but I just installed Musescore 4. I love the new setup but I don't know how to change the sounds of the instruments anymore. For example, in the old Musescore, I could select "distortion guitar", "overdrive guitar", "clean guitar", for an electric guitar. Now it seems there is only one electric guitar sound, and I cannot stand it. It's way too pinchy and sounds like a meme. How can I change the "font" of the instrument to get the specific sound I want?

Hi! Late to the party but for guitar, you can change the sound using the guitar palette: click the note, then choose one of the sounds from the pallette: distort, overdriven, harmonics, or "jazz tone".
