add a library with chord simbols and chord tab.

Could you elaborate?
You can move an note, ornaments, articulations etc... by double clicking it and then use arrow keys.
Regarding chord symbols, there is a plugin to generate a chord chart. Go to plugin -> Create Chord Chart
