Changing the tempo in the player in version 4?
In version 3 there is an option in the player to change the tempo, where does it exist in version 4?

It is there, right in front of you: that bottom slider (labeled "Tempo" in English and "מפעם" in Hebrew)
I also can not find this in my version 4. It is not right in front of me, as stated by the response. Nor can I find out how to undock and expose the tempo setting to adjustment.
Please provide an answer that states in explicit steps what to do.
