A real big problem

I.ve had one issue resolved here. Musescore wouldn't open until I was told a Hard Close of the computer might help. It did, and I am now able to bring up my scores...BUT playback is ver glitchy and stuttering.
I've noticed in other forums that this srrms to have become a massive problem.
