How to create multiple voices on a staff in the main score, that will open into different parts in individual view.

I seem to not have found a way to do this after combing through the forums. Does anyone know how to set up a score in a way such as to have say, 2 voices on the flute staff in the main score (named "Flutes") and when you open them into parts, to have them open into 2 separate parts: Flute 1 and Flute 2.
Right now when I open parts, it opens up a separate part called "Flutes" and the individual part has two voices on a staff. I would like 2 separate pages with Flute 1 on the first one and Flute 2 on the second.
