Two consequential improvements for MuseScore.org - Transposition and Search Bar for Forum

1. I'd like to be able to transpose scores within the Web Player. Currently it's only available on the mobile app. This is crucial when I want to use an official score and I can't download it to transpose it. There's a button right there that says Transpose, and it's just so disheartening when I click on it and then I remember, wait, that's not an actual functionality yet. It really dissuades me from using the site at all.

2. I'd like to add search functionality to the Forum, so I can look through what other users and contributors are saying.
