Deleted Scores

Hi, is there any way that I can get back deleted scores and files aside from the recycle bin and files in my hardware files from my laptop? I deleted the song "Ice Box" from my recycle bin and from musescore and now I need it back. It would be greatly appreciated if you guys could find it on your end so that I could have it back please!
