Note input comes out incorrectly

How are you trying to enter the notes?

What do you think is wrong with this example?
I see the following in MuS 3:

and it is absolutely correct.

• M1: two quavers, two quaver rests and a half rest. That's good.
• M2: four quavers and four quaver rests for a 4/4 measure - fits!
• M3: five quavers and three quaver rests, also fits.

What do you expect?
