How can I contribute?

I would like to be able to help remake features from MU3 that people have been requesting a lot, such as:
• Image capture
• Play part only checkbox/play invisible instruments
• Set tuning number
• A plug-in for film-scoring tools in-app
…except I have no idea how to program, at least in whatever language this is.
Please try to help.
