Error on a vacant bar
I get an error for bar 51 saying it is 5/4 but expecting 4/4 so I deleted the contents for bar 51 but the error persists. Is there something else I can do to satisfy the error?
Thanks for your help

You have marked two starting measures as Exclude from measure count. So, the error in bar 51 is in your marked measure [49].
If you copied the original measure 49 to a new measure and deleted the old 49, you should be able to save the file. You can keep working until someone does a deeper check into your file.

Thank you so much. I'd overlooked the couple of measures lead-in at the start. I appreciate you taking the time and trouble to find the problem. It's fixed now.
The error message pointed to "Part score: Voice, measure 51".
Since you have excluded the first 2 measures from the measure count, measure #51 is #49 according to your counting.
[Select a measure and look at the status bar (bottom left of screen) to verify the true measure count.]
Looking at the Voice part, I found 5/4 instead of the expected 4/4.
Since the error was in the part, I deleted the Excepts folder from within your mscz file to get rid of the parts, then re-saved the score.
Here it is:
Pour Some Sugar On Me 2.mscz
It should now open without the error.

Thanks for your time and trouble. I'd overlooked the lead-in measures and was looking in the wrong place. Thanks again for your help.
