Your question has nothing to do with musescore.org, where you are right now. Questions, problems and requests about the MuseScore music notation program are dealt with here. You have to register for access, but it is free.
However, your picture refers to musescore.com. You can get some public domain scores for free on this site, but for most scores you will need to pay for access.
So you have to ask your question at musescore.com ...
