Folders displaying different file dates - Win 10
I don't know if this is a Windows bug or what but see these two screenshots.
One shows File Explorer with correct file dates.
The other is the File > Open dialog in MS 4 which shows the files with older dates.
If I open one, I get the recent version correctly,
The same incorrect dates appear when I click "Choose a file" in Edge for upload.
Any idea what's going on?

Forget it.
The Date in File Open must be Created Date, not Modified.
I can't delete this post using my phone, I'll do it later
