The staff Instrument was set to Piano so first you need to replace the Piano instrument with Mandolin. Then you can add a linked staff (in Treble Clef>Settings>Add linked staff button. I set the style to Tab. 4-str. Common

Yes I see that now. I have done it with a bit of copy and paste to a new file. Thanks for pointing that out.
