Adding text to individual measures
I am writing exercises and want to label every so many measures with some text.
I see add text commands for the score or for the line but not for measures. How do I do this?

There is no option for "I want to label every so many measures with some text".
You can look at the option for measure numbering: Format > Style... > Measure numbers > Interval. But that only allows you to display measure numbers. So for text display you would have to insert each text individually every n measures.
