Make chord symbol apply to multiple chords
Hi all,
I would like to have a guitar strum chords in a specific rhythm, so I wrote out the chord slashes according to my desired rhythms using "Fill with slashes" then placed chord symbols on them so they would play back correctly. However, the chord symbols only apply to one chord, so I have to painstakingly copy-paste the symbols to each of the rest of the chords (it doesn't seem to let me paste one symbol to multiple chords at once) then mark them as hidden to avoid clutter. Is there a better way to do this?
Much thanks.

"However, the chord symbols only apply to one chord"
There is already this kind of Feature request on Github: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/16455
And many discussions (with useful workarounds)
For example:

It has been written time and time again that nobody from the official MuseScore team reads these forums (which is not entirely true as the "Fan of Tantacrul" got an answer, but anyway).
Then the "feature request" subforum is kind of useless distinction, right ?
And for the bug report part, it has been replaced by github, so there is no point to post new bugs there. Not speaking about discussing behaviour before reporting the bug to make sure it is really a bug, that is still a good thing to do on m.org.
So... What about getting completely rid of these old sub-forums distinctions ?
Just having one global .org forum called MuseScore users (trying by that to make clear that Jojo answers are answers from a user like anybody to avoid angry users shouting at him as if he was paid support...)
?

Or better, "MuseScore STUDIO users"...

I disagree (but not violently). This is a good place to post "I want X" first ...
1) ... and find out that X already exists. Do it this way. See, for example, https://musescore.org/en/node/363284, or
2) ... be told that you should actually post it ... whereever? (github?)

0) be pointed at the uselessnes of the request. Or the lack of a proper description what should happen, alsi in coener cases
3) be pointed at an already existing GitGub issue
