Offsets/Leading Spaces/Automatic Placement

In the process of converting some of my old Ms3 files to Ms4--
Here's a measure form an organ work, as I got it to appear in Ms3:

Here's how it currently appears in Ms4:

What I would like to achieve is a slightly larger gap between the first two eighth-notes (at least as they appear in Ms4), the breath marks centered between them, and the fermatas centered over the breath marks, with each fermata the same height above each breath mark. Question is--what combination of leading space, offset, and automatic placement adjustments should I use to achieve that?

(No, I'm not shouting; I was just working at 200% magnification when I took the screenshots.)
