[MIDI] Incorrect sounding pitch in some applications
1. Open attached mscz (produced in 2.0 beta 1).
2. 'File'>'Export…'.
3. Choose 'MIDI'.
4. 'Save'.
5. Play in QuickTime Player 7.6.6 or Sibelius 7.5.
Result: Both sound a semitone lower (beginning with B) - Sibelius is visually correct (beginning with C), however.

I think this is now fixed?
Well, a PR that does what was proposed was merged a few days ago - https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/1744. So assuming you can't reproduce, it should indeed be fixed. Reopen if you find otherwise.
