Staves in score changed after reopen
Thank you for creating this wonderful program! I am a teacher and it will be great to be able to write music for my kids.
I just recently downloaded the program and I have come across a problem. I opened one of my saved files and and all of my staves are changed to the way percussion lines look. I can't find anywhere to change this setting back to a regular staff. I could have accidentally changed something while getting familiar with the program, don't know though.
Using version 0.9.3
Revision 1102

I also just realized that the playback toolbar disappeared as well

I have the same problem.
All I did was to right click and select back the toolbar that got invertently unchecked.
Something in the code unchecked it and reset it back..
BTW, how do you get the latest revision?

What did you right-click on? I have version 0.9.6.1

See my reply in your other thread. BTW, that's a *very* old version (about two and a half years?). Current version is 1.2; I definitely recommend updating.

I told you wrong about the version. I have 1.2, downloaded it Oct. 2012. But still it has the 2 problems with the toolbars. I will work on it today. Thanks Del
Anyone have any ideas on the first post about the staves changing?

If you change the number of staff lines in older versions of mscore it was only visible after a restart. To change back right click into an empty space of a measure and select "Staff properties" from the menu. There you can change the number of lines back to 5.
