add hotkey to return to 100% zoom

It would be nice to have a hotkey to set the view to 100% zoom. In Finale this is CTRL + 1. I frequently zoom in using CTRL+scroll wheel to edit things like slurs, etc., but then it would be a real time saver to be able to hit a quick key combo to get back to 100% view rather than using the zoom drop-down menu.

For comparison's sake, Finale handles this using three custom zoom hotkeys:
CTRL + 1: defaults to 100%
CTRL + 2: defaults to 200%
CTRL + 3: defaults to 75%

These defaults can be changed in the preferences.
