Font size after printing

I have created a composition including lyric and title text. Everything appears fine until I print. After the print both the text on the printout AND on screen become much smaller. I have to double the size of the font and then reprint. However, once I save, close down the project and re-open again, the font is now too large on screen.

I am using version 0.9.6 on XP.
